Life can take us down uncertain and scary paths
that doesn't mean you have to walk it alone.

So many of us learn from a young age to disregard our own wants, needs, and desires. My hope is that, through our time together, you will discover who you are, what brings you joy, and learn to love the person you are becoming.

About me

I focus on helping others understand how trauma is stored in the body and how these sensations can affect their patterns of behavior.

I am a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker with more than five years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges. I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and dissociative disorders.

My goal is to help people move beyond simply surviving and begin thriving. I enjoy exploring how attachment styles shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, using that understanding to foster healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, and lasting emotional well-being.

Getting started

What to expect.

01

Free consultation

We start with a 15-minute phone call — no pressure, no commitment. It's a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and to see if we're a good fit.

02

First session

Your first session is about getting to know you — your history, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping for. We'll begin to sketch out a path forward side by side.

03

Ongoing work

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly. We'll revisit goals regularly, adjusting pace and focus as you grow. Therapy ends when you're ready, not on a fixed schedule.
